it fits like a frickin' glove. When you look at all of the angles it has to hug on the bottom side, to maximize the space, it is nothing short of awesome. Chris definitely makes the most, of the cramped space that he has to work with. The only improvement I can see, would be if it came with something that goes around the subs, that keeps the top off of them, when the top is down. With nothing, the top rests right on the subs. Right now, that's up to you to figure out. You need something really soft, that won't scratch the plastc rear window. Computer keyboard wrist cushions are what I use, but you need 6 of them (3 for each sub), & good luck finding them in the length you need. And if you cut them to size, the inner gel stuff crumbles out. But if you can figure that part out, the box quality is excellent.
